Lush Model Agency requires that all clients respect the Booking terms and conditions as set out below.
Lush Model Agency Terms & Conditions
Model Rates
Booking fees are charged by the day, (8 hours) or half day, (4 hours). We do not charge hourly rates unless the model is required for a longer period than expected. Lush Model Agency will confirm these fees with the client prior to the booking of any assignment.
Model Travel Expenses
Travel expenses (if applicable) will be discussed with the client before any confirmed booking.
Payment terms
All invoice payments are required within 30 (Thirty) days of the date displayed on the invoice. In all cases the person booking the model will be invoiced and responsible for payment.
Cancellations
Should a client cancel the booking within one day of the starting time the full fee will be charged.
Future bookings
Please note that once we have introduced a Lush Model to you (our client) and the model booked by you (our client) via Lush Model Agency, we ask that all future enquiries and bookings for that particular model be placed via and with Lush Model Agency.
We do not under no circumstances agree that the client should work with Lush models without appropriate instruction from Lush Model Agency. This is Lush Model Agency company policy and we must respect the safety, protection and confidentiality of our models.
Both model and client will be removed from the Lush Model Agency books and database should any party breech these conditions.
Complaints
Any cause for complaint should be reported to us here at the Agency immediately (when it arises) and we will deal with all complaints efficiently, with respect and immediate effect. Complaints cannot be considered after the event.
Please note
All fees are to be negotiated only with Lush Model Agency, Wales, UK.
Whilst every endeavour is made to provide a satisfactory and efficient service to our clients we cannot be held responsible for a models' conduct on an assignment. Once the booking is made the client agrees and will remain faithful to the Lush Model Agency Booking terms and conditions.
